The complex is made up of 12 Houses & 3 Apartments around a central courtyard with rooms to rent in each house. Archway is a gated development and tenants have pedestrian access via the pedestrian gate with a swipe Fob.
Rental terms are available for a MINIMUM of 6 months. Licence terms can also be for 9 months or 12 months. There are no shorter rental terms available. Students rent a room or bed space and share the communal living spaces of Kitchens, Dining and Bathrooms with other students. Archway Court is independent living shared accommodation.
This complex is within walking distance of the a range of 3rd level institutions/ colleges, including the new Grangegorman Educational Campus, Trinity College, The Kings Inn, DIT and Dublin Business School and the City Centre, O’Connell Street/ Henry Street, Dublin’s main shopping and entertainment district.
Public transport is easily accessible with a number of bus routes nearby and the Luas (Tram) runs along Mountjoy Street, right outside the gate. There are both single and shared rooms within the houses. Monthly rent prices vary depending on the room type. The Kitchens, Living Rooms and Bathrooms in the houses are shared by all Students.
