Requirements to Rent

For compliance with the planning and the trading licence for Archway Court, only Students can rent a room or bed space in this complex. So if you are not a Student, please do not apply as we will not be able to accommodate your request.

To comply with Industry Standards (Property Services Regulations) and AML legislation, Students wishing to rent must provide:

• Enrolment Certificate as proof that they are a Student and enrolled in a College or Online Studying – this must include the commencement date of the course and the expiry date of the course or the apprenticeship or Internships.

• References from a previous Landlord or previous College Campus accommodation.

• Photo Identification – copy of a valid Passport or Drivers Licence.

• Documentation that they have the ability to pay the rent each month for the duration of the licence term – this can be a bank statement or documentation showing scholarship funding or a letter of guarantee from a parent or guardian who will be paying the rent on your behalf.

• Employer references if working a part time job.
