· Security Deposit – this equates to one months rent. The Deposit is refunded at the end of the rental term subject to normal terms and conditions being complied with and the property being handed back in good clean condition with no breakages, damages or unpaid bills.
· Cleaning Deposit - €200 –this will be refunded on condition that the house is returned in the same good clean condition as existed at the start.
· First months full rent & last months rent
A Security Deposit must be paid at the start of the rental. The Security Deposit is held by the Landlord for the duration of the rental term. This is refunded to the tenant at the end of the tenancy on condition that the property is left in good clean condition with all Inventory intact and all keys returned & on condition that there has been no early termination of the licence agreement.
Unfortunately No, the licence and planning permission for Archway Court is strictly limited to Student accommodation only. We are not permitted to rent accommodation in this complex to non Students.
Unfortunately No, it can only be Students currently attending 3rd level education who can rent in Archway Court.
A student can rent a room but friends or relatives who are not Students cannot rent a room or bed space in this complex.

There are no short term licences available, the minimum rental term is for 6 months.
Utility charges are not included, all Students tenants pay for their own electricity. Electricity in each house is with Pinergy Pre Pay Power – the pre pay meter is located in the entrance of each house. Residents in the house share the cost of topping up the meter for the supply of electricity.
Bedrooms do not have en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are shared by all of the Students in the house.
No there are no cleaners. All Student tenants are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of their bedrooms and all of the shared/communal areas of the house & normally set up a rota amongst themselves. Houses are provided with a Vacuum Cleaner, Sweeping Brush and mop for Students to use.
Duvets, Pillows, Bed Linen and Towels are not provided, it is each tenants responsibility to provide their own.
If a tenant leaves before the end of their licence term then their will forfeit their Security Deposit.
Yes you do. If you rent a room or bed space then this is exclusively yours for the duration of your licence term.

No rentals must be agreed in advance and all applicants must be approved. For this we require tenants to submit the required documents (please refer to our requirements to rent page). In addition a Licence agreement must be signed and both the Security Deposit and rent must be paid in advance before a room will be allocated.
Yes viewings are scheduled by appointment with our agent on an agreed date and time.
No, our agents are not permanently on site so viewings are strictly by appointment at agreed dates and times.
No there is no parking facilities in Archway Court. However, there is street parking on the road directly outside of the complex.
There are no agents on site after hours so our advice to any tenants arriving late at night is to organise overnight accommodation in a Hotel or B & B or Hostel.
Yes there is a storage facility for Bikes in Archway Court.
This is a requirement under Anti Money Laundering (AML), legislation in Ireland and all agents are obliged to adhere to Industry and legislation in all stages of the rental and management of Archway Court.
Cash payments are not accepted and all payments must be made in advance by bank transfer. This is for tenants security so that they have proof and an audit trail for any payments made.
Public transport is easily accessible with a number of bus routes nearby and the Luas runs along Mountjoy Street, right outside the gates of the complex. A number of Colleges and Universities are also within walking distance.
Archway is 10 minutes’ walk to the primary city centre Retail areas of Henry Street, Parnell Street & O’Connell Street offering a wide variety of shops, cafes and restaurants
No, there is no facility for overnight guests in Archway Court and it is not permitted.
Archway Court is owned by Imenika Ltd and managed by Home Club Ltd.
